Japan has many statues. I went to Sendai Daikannon Statue, and I entered in it.
I write about the statue.

It is the fifth tallest statue in the world at 100 meters.
The reason of 100 meters high is because of celebrate for 100 years anniversary for Sendai-city,
and ground depth is 21 meters because hope for prospering 21th century.
This statue facing Sendai station’s direction.
It seems like a guardian god.
This statue is well-known by Sendai people.
But few people go inside it.
I think Sendai has many things to do.
So they rarely go to this statue.

Inside this statue, many statues there.
First floor, there are 12 gods, and 33 kannon statues.
And, there are 108 statues at third to eleven floors.
Unfortunately, description of each statues are all Japanese only.
So, I think it is difficult for foreigners to understand it.
But, I believe you can feel something from each statues.

This kinds of statue is famous in Japan.
If you touch this statue of the part of your worry about your health,
it will be better in the future.
These days, COVID-19 is spreading, so you have to careful to touch.
I think you should clean your hands, after touching it.
The Hotei statue is smiling brightly, maybe you will be also smile.

Entrance fee is 500 yen. (about 5 dollers)
Gosyuin (Temple’s stamp and signature) is 300 yen.(about 3 dollers)
Omamori (Lucky charm) is 500 yen.(about 5 dollers)
Near here, there are conveyor belt sushi, yakiniku restaurant, ra-men shop, and so on.
Also, there is a shopping mall. (Aeon-mall)
You can enjoy many things in Sendai.
